Jonathan Lashley

Jon joined the group in December 2013 and assumed his role as VP of IT in December 2015 and as CIO in February 2022.  As Chief Information Officer, he establishes the vision and strategy for the Information Technology shared service function, supporting the company’s strategic plan by focusing on infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, analytics, and IT policies for all PiovanGroup North American brands.

In April 2025, Jon was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, assuming responsibility for the company’s regional operations and technology functions, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and alignment with strategic goals. This role provides executive leadership across multiple business units, driving digital transformation, optimizing resources, and fostering continuous efforts that enhance productivity to optimize investments, control costs, and increase profitability.

Before joining the group, he was Director of Information Technology for Resco Products, Inc., where he led the Information Technology function for a global manufacturer of refractory products. Previously, he spent 12 years with Maxim Crane Works, L.P., a leader in the crane rental industry, as an IT manager.

He holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems and an MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Jon is a member of the Greater Pittsburgh CIO Group and ASUG.
